Paul-Robert built his own "Web Site" www.keeponlearning.net so that his students could learn more English and a little bit about Ottawa upon their arrival. He actually became a "Host," "Homestay Guide" as well as "School Liaison" for the parents of his international students. And, of course, Paul-Robert was an "English Language Teacher for Academic Purposes" throughout his business. He loved every minute of it all. The dearest part of his teaching programme was when his students attended his "Annual Theatre Meet." He always prepared his pupils for their theatrical events with studies of "English Literature." He bought many tickets for his students. Then of course, the plays themselves, the laughter, and the student gatherings afterwards were always something of deep intrinsic value to him. Paul-Robert just loved taking his pupils to the Theatre. Besides, most of his students had to study Shakespeare at school in order to graduate from High School. He constantly tried to push encouragement. He had many professional students as well. Just as an example, he was honoured to teach Directeur Normand Coulombe of the Business Development Bank of Canada, 259, boulevard Saint-Joseph, Hull, Québec, Canada. September 12th, 2010 to July 17th, 2011: Contracting Officer, Yvonne Miles gave Paul-Robert "Authorization through CENTCOM" to perform his duty of "English Teacher for Military Purposes" for deployment to Iraq during Operation New Dawn. He became very busy preparing for war under orders of DynCorp International, his contractor. He was in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at the time teaching English, so he had to do a lot of his pre-medicals while he was at the Eastern Province of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Then, he had to go to Fort Benning, Georgia, the United States of America to complete his "Basic Training for Deployment." At training camp, Paul-Robert was issued "Dog-Tags" (#903758646/O+). He supposed that was why they wanted his DNA as well (#9391625C). It all started to make sense as to why he was given a hefty Rutherford International Insurance Policy (#0413848540). First Aide techniques were always gruesome by the way. Though much that he was shown is still classified, he found it to be a huge accomplishment every time he tried to prepare his MRE (Meal, Ready-to-Eat). Hunger will teach a person just about anything. The tricky parts were the "Improvised Explosive Devices" (IED) & "M-9 Awareness" training; nevertheless, Camp Taji became his destination to "Teach Iraqi Airmen" on how to communicate in the air with American Airmen at the Iraqi Air Force Training School, Camp Taji, APO AE 09348, Baghdad Governorate, Republic of Iraq. Paul-Robert was with the US Air Force's 821st Expeditionary Training Squadron while in Theatre. But really, there was nothing like being in a Black Hawk with gunners at the ready. The Chinook was always a limousine ride, too, not to mention the Transall C-160 - all that just to get to school. He was just an "English Teacher," and so were many others as well, just teachers. Their mission was to build a programme set out by the American Language Institute of the US Military. Paul-Robert had told Richard McEvoy, Retired Colonel, that he also wanted to be a "Tiny-Ambassador" to all of his military students about his understanding of freedom, especially at a war. He took it to heart. In the end, the Republic of Iraq turned out to be his greatest career accomplishment, the pinnacle of his English teaching journey.

May 11th, 2011: Michael Ferriter, Lieutenant General of the US Army, sent Paul-Robert a "Letter of Wishes for a Happy Birthday" while in Theatre at Camp Taji, APO AE 09348, Baghdad Governorate, the Republic of Iraq. Thank you, Sir.

July 17th, 2011: Within 24 hours, Paul-Robert was placed at Queensway Hospital, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. While in Theatre, the Camp Taji's Field Hospital ordered an "Emergency Evacuation Order." Paul-Robert had contracted a parasite, "Cyclospora Cayatenensis." Community Health and Ottawa Public Health got seriously involved. Doctors never heard of the parasite entering Canadian boarders. Paul-Robert finally got into the "Book of Records," as it were. He also was quarantined by medical officials to reside at his home for two months.
September 14th, 2011 (expiry date): The United States Forces Iraq in support of DynCorp. International had awarded Paul-Robert a badge to become an "Escort" to convoy with his pupils on and off Camp Taji, APO AE 09348, Baghdad Governorate, the Republic of Iraq.

The license plate that was given him was BMYJ 301: Be MY Jeep with 3 boys, 0 mother, and 1 father. The following year of 2012, Paul-Robert and his 3 boys ended up travelling to Acadia, Province House, Louisburg, Cole Minds of Sydney, Gros Morne, L'Anse aux Meadows, Battle Harbour, and Vieux Québec. The Boot became a great prize for the boys and he. Yet, most importantly, the journey allowed Paul-Robert to conquer any stint of Shell Shock that he might have experienced during the war. Being with children tends to ground a man. Thanks.

May 31st, 2014 to August 30th, 2014: Paul-Robert had the privileged of being a "Tutor of English" for author Michael Harper. His disability taught Paul-Robert the importance of "Voice-to-Text" recording and programming. What Paul-Robert had learnt from him ended up helping P-R write during his darkest time in life.
October 29th, 2014: Paul-Robert had just finished a Family Court Deliberation conducted by Judge Stanley Kershman in Ottawa. Paul-Robert hurriedly went to Barrhaven, Ontario, Canada to tell his 3 little boys the great news that they finally could have a "Sleepover" after being denied since they were kidnapped on April 13th, 2013, that was orchestrated by defunct graduate of Law School, barrister Judith Alison Campbell. Then, the Car Crash happened while on route to give the boys the good news! Amen!
A LIFE LOST
Paul-Robert had the misfortune of being hit from behind while crossing a crosswalk at one of his boys' schools - a school-zone of all places. The reckless driver was Gaetan Comeau. The "Pedestrian Car Crash" happened at approximately 18:30 in Barrhaven, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada (Long Gate Court and Earl Mulligan Drive). Hipkiss now has "Acquired Brain Injury" for life. The Ottawa Constabulatory Services' Constable Jennifer Delia & Constable Tyler McPhee had arrived at the scene (Report: #14-802). Hipkiss was taken by the Ottawa Paramedic Service to the Neurosurgery Unit of the Ottawa Hospital, Civic Campus; and then much later, Hipkiss was told to go to the Brain Injury Unit of the Rehabilitation Centre of the Ottawa Hospital, General Campus. Hipkiss was at hospital for approximately three months in total. Afterward, Hipkiss was also an outpatient for a year. A Court Claim was filed against Mr Comeau and TD Insurance at the Superior Court of Justice, 161 Elgin Street, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Comeau and TD were the Defendants and Hipkiss was the "Harassed Plaintiff" (#16-69137). Since that October of 2014, Hipkiss has had to associate with more than 7+ judges and 13+ lawyers, not to mention the countless insurance adjusters, claimers, doctors of medicine, doctorates, doctors of chiropractic, doctors of psychology, doctors of psychiatry, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, trainers, nurses, and attendant care specialists. Paul-Robert literally lost the life that he once knew before that dreadful day of the 29th of October, yet now Hipkiss has come to learn a new one as ABI-1 (Acquired Brain Injury Number One).
March 15th, 2021: Many people accused Paul-Robert of being nothing because he knew everything, yet others accused him of being everything because he knew nothing. He loved learning and was very passionate about teaching English. The two were his life's journey. Nevertheless, he had to work hard and many times with his bare hands to achieve each success; yet with glee, he earnt every honourable accomplishment. Paul-Robert's privilege had been that he was loved by so many people and loved tonnes more. And as such, he was so thankful for all the experiences in his life. It is too bad that graduates of Law School like judges and lawyers never recognised who Paul-Robert really was - a hero! In the end, the "Court Claim" of 2016 completely "Fell Apart" for Hipkiss due to many defunct graduates of Law School; thus, nothing had been got because of Criminal Negligence! Nonetheless, life is truly beautiful. But, life is short. I must go onward without fear. I must try my best to publish what happened to me and what I had lost. Thank you all.
May "Allah" be with you all!
Promote Equality
Paul-Robert was a man of interests. A man in constant pursuit of understanding womanhood. Egalitarians are like that, I guess. At Qassim University in 2009, he asked some of his fellow female teachers and colleagues if they could help him understand what it was like to wear an Abaya and Niqab in 50+ Degrees Celsius in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He knew the risks and so did the ladies who helped. They, as well as he, wished to understand a male’s perspective of what it’s like to wear such personal attire in such conditions of heat. As memory serves, not good at all! Paul-Robert could not stop sweating. The journey around Buraydah, Qassim did not last long. They all hurriedly went back to Boudl Hotel where most teachers of Qassim University stayed while teaching English there. So, in the end, Paul-Robert disagreed with the Niqab but not with the Abaya. Yet, it is a woman's right to wear what she wishes and not the demand of others, or even a culture itself. As for identification purposes, well that is a different security matter. Nonetheless, with constant sweat and panic, breathing became more difficult with his acute bronchial disability. Hence, the Niqab had not been a healthy experience for P-R. And that memory upon looking at this photograph is what I hope always to remember as ABI-1. I miss you, Paul-Robert. You must’ve had a lot of courage in your soul.
Paul-Robert ended up getting "FLOGGED" while recording this video at the Al-Nakheel Mall, Buraydah, Qassim, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. All he wanted was groceries, but the Mutawa or Religious Constabulary would have nothing of it. He had to starve that night. A man at a mall trying to get food? Figure out that discrimination!
Be the Change
You can be the best, littlest Ambassador that you can possibly be for everything you do in life.
Why did the Insurers treat P-R like a vagabond?
Rehabilitation is to do things you used to do, TD.
Why trust such dereliction of duty? Not I!
